Kale, Romaine, Parsley, Cucumber, Celery, Fennel, Pear or Apple, Lemon, Ginger, Cilantro

Kale, Romaine, Parsley, Cucumber, Celery, Fennel, Apple, Lime, Ginger, Cilantro

(This is a great detoxifying drink. The fruitiness of the apples offsets the more challenging taste of the greens.)

2 apples
4 kale leaves
1 stick celery
1/2 cucumber
1/2 beet root

2 apples
2 handfuls spinach
1/2 fennel
1 cucumber
1/2 lemon
1/2" ginger
1/4 pineapple

(Beetroot, carrot and cucumber juices help cleanse the liver and gallbladder. Carrot juice is also helpful in fighting fatigue.)

1 cucumber
3 carrots, scrubbed well, tops removed
1 beetroot
2 celery stalks
1 handful parsley
1 to 2 inch piece ginger root
1/2 lemon (juiced separately if you have a centrifugal juicer)

1 beet,
1 cucumber,
1/4-1/2 bunch dandelion,
1 lemon,
1 pear,
1 bunch carrots,
3-4 roots of turmeric

Makes approx 2x16 oz

Carrot
Apple
Cilantro
Ginger
Lemon

(This is a seriously easy and quick way to get a quick filling snack in your day and detoxify your body at the same time. Cilantro is a powerful natural cleanser while lemon helps alkalize your body!)

(Turmeric and ginger provide anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties to say the very least. Mint can help eliminate toxins in the
body and purify the blood. And you will get a huge dose of vitamin C and A with the carrots and citrus.)

1 bunch carrots
1 grapefruit (without skin)
2 oranges (without skin)
1/2 bunch mint
1 piece ginger
1 piece turmeric

4 carrots
1 handful fresh parsley

This juice helps work on your breath from the inside, rather than just washing out your mouth.

5 medium carrots
small handful cilantro
1/2 green bell pepper
1 lemon
(for an additional immune boosting power try throwing in a garlic clove and drink up!)

(Green juices such as wheat grass, parsley, kale and spinach are rich in chlorophyll which is a blood purifier. These are also very helpful in
healing eczema)

2 green apples
1/2 medium lemon
1 bunch spinach
1 handful parsley

Handful of spinach
2 medium stalks celery
Small handful parsley, long stems removed
3 medium stalks kale
2 Bartlett pears
1 lemon, cut and peeled
1 cucumber

Process all the ingredients through the juicer. Run any wet pulp back through the juicer. Scrape off the foam and serve over ice. For variation, add dandelion greens (start with a few as they can turn any juice against you!)
(recipe from http://q.equinox.com/)

4 Medium Carrots (washed and but unpeeled)
1 Large Red Beet (washed and quartered)
10 Sprigs Parsley
1 4" Piece of Cucumber (at least!)

Put each of the ingredients into your juicer. Make sure to process the parsley as a bunch and in between the solid vegetables so that it all gets juiced. Pour into a glass and drink within 10 minutes so as not to lose any vital nutrients.

1/2 head romaine,
1 apple and 1/2 pear,
1/4 bu. dandelion

makes approx 2x16 oz

2 large cucumbers
1 bunch cilantro
1 lime
1 cup coconut water (mix in after juicing the rest of the stuff)

(Recipe from www.thehealthycrush.com)

1/2 cabbage
1/4 bunch parsley
Thumbnail of fresh ginger
1 whole lemon with peel
2 apples
2 pears

This juice will help start your insides up and help you relieve any discomfort.

2 cucumbers
2 sweet apples, chopped
1 lemon
1/2 bunch of dandelion greens
2 romaine hearts
1 large handful of parsley
1/2 bunch of carrots or 1 pear

(The dandelions are loaded with calcium, iron, tons of minerals, and a surprising amount of protein. They are great detoxing greens! I have
found them to be really helpful in fighting against sickness. The sweetness of the apple and the tartness of the lemon help to balance out
the biterness of the greens. The handful of fresh parsley is another amazing detoxifying ingredient.)

Carrot
Apple
Lemon
Ginger

(It's hard to believe something so delightful could be so good for you. The perfect Apple Carrot blend with just a twang of Ginger and Lemon to round it off. A Beta-carotene and Vitamin C goldmine, your skin and eyes will thank you the most. The Ginger makes a great pain and inflammation reliever and the Lemon a great blood purifier and alkalizer.)

Kale
Romaine
Spinach
Parsley
Lemon
Apple

If you add a bit more apple, it makes for a lighter and slightly sweeter refresher. Paired with the mighty blend of Kale, Parsley, Spinach, and
Romaine, it will more than deliver a wonderfully potent bevy of the essential free radical destroying, life-giving nutrients and anti-oxidants your body needs for it to be in an ultra-healthy state. This one's just an all around feel-good juice, and pairs great with a nice afternoon meal. (The Raw Juicery)

1 fennel bulb
1 cucumber
1 apple
1 handful romaine lettuce
Juice and pour over ice!

(Recipe from www.rawganicvegan.com)

1 handful parsley
4 medium carrots
1 small beetroot with leaves
A few endive leafs or any bitter leaf
2 stalks celery (or sub in fennel)

Beetroot with leaves' juice has been used for decades to cleanse and support the liver and the endive has been traditionally used to promote the secretion of bile.

1 grapefruit
1 green apple
1 head of kale
4 celery stalks
1/2 cucumber
1 lime

(recipe from www.theluxuryspot.com)

1/2 bunch kale
1/4 bunch parsley
1 cucumber
5 stalks celery
1/2 lemon
1/2" ginger
1 green apple

Go heavy on the kale and cucumber for a ton of chlorophyll, electrolytes and harder-to-find essentials such as lutein and selenium. The parsley and ginger boost the detoxifying effects of the kidneys, liver and urinary tract. And with a green apple, this juice is as low in sugar as possible to avoid spikes in glycemic levels.

I borrowed this recipe from the Juice Ranch. There's no better way to get a bunch of kale down in the morning than with this delicious juice. It will get you started quicker than a regular ol' cup of joe! When I'm not juicing it up at home I stop by the Juice Ranch for a treat. Ever try the Island Bunny? Carrots and coconut = heaven!

2 cloves garlic
1-2 lemons (whole if possible)
1/2" ginger piece

If you never thought of juicing a yam (commonly called a sweet potato although a sweet potato is white inside) you are in for a sweet treat!
Check out this recipe below. An awesome twist on a morning juice.

3 Oranges
1 medium sweet potato
5 carrots
1" cube ginger

1 1/4 Cucumber
Watercress
1/2 Romaine
1/2 bunch Kale
4-5 Stalks Celery
2 handfuls Spinach
1/2 Lemon
1/2" Ginger

This juice is a perfect addition to any day not just because of its richness, but of its non-existent sugar levels. Watercress is a beautiful thing; it's ultra rich in iodine, iron and zeaxanthin and considered a liver tonic by many nutritionists.

Beet Root
Carrots
Sweet Peppers

Helps improve eyesight with tons of vitamin A. The carrots also help eliminate excess fluid from the body reducing water retention. Medical studies have also shown that including beets in your diet helps protect a body against heart disease. The combo of veggies have powerful cleansing properties that are effective in detoxifying the liver, which is overall effective for acne which can be caused by toxicity of the blood.

2 beets
1/2 a cucumber
1 cup of pineapple flesh

(Recipe from www.thriftyandgreen.com)

(Who said everything had to go through the juicer? Smoothies are a great breakfast replacement and you can hide some veggies in there too! Shhh...the kids will never know!)

3 handfuls blueberries
1 banana
5 tablespoons natural yogurt
6 tablespoons apple juice
1/2 beet (optional)

1 head romaine (1/2 if it's really big)
1/4-1/2 bu. dandelion (start small)
3 big pieces of turmeric root

Beet

Pear

The sugars from pear are a more tolerated sugar by the body. Paired with beet and cucumber, your heart and skin will be reaping the most benefits. You will find plenty of beta-carotene, vitamin A, B, C, K, potassium, folate, iron and enough antioxidants for a week. Bye-bye free
radicals.

This juice is chock full of nutrients and would be a great meal replacement any day of the week. You might notice how light and full of energy you feel after drinking it. The nutrients in juice are easy for your body to assimilate and get absorbed very quickly.

(Lettuce juice calms digestion while celery juice has a calming effect and supports the nervous system)

Handful of Spinach

1 Apple

Kale
Romaine
Dandelion
Parsley
Apple
Pineapple
Lemon
Mint
Cucumber

I'm big into juicing pineapple lately because that means I can juice A LOT more dandelion greens. They just happen to have a laundry list of
benefits and you should definitely be including these in your juicing routine. Not only does pineapple balance the bitterness of the dandelion and lemon, it is valuable for easing indigestion and arthritis. This drink has a broad spectrum of nutrients and is a great detoxifier. Juice and drink a lot!
