Pickup Instructions

Note for New Subscribers

A brand new subscription order takes 48 hours to process. If you do not order your box at least two days before our pickup day (Wednesday), it will not be available until the following week. Please contact us with any questions about this policy.

Farm pickup

The CSA boxes will be available on Wednesdays after 2pm at the farm. The address is 720 Ward Dr, Santa Barbara, CA 93111 [map it]. You will see a sign that says "John Givens Farm" on your left on Ward Dr. Pull into the farm and keep to your left.

Note: Please drive under 10mph at the farm to avoid any accidents.

You will head straight into the dock. The CSA boxes will be on the dock until about 9pm when we turn off the light and put them in the fridge on your left. If you don't see the boxes on the dock, please open the fridge and the boxes will be on your immediate left marked "CSA." Please make sure to initial next to your name on our sign-off sheet. When you come to pick up your box next week, bring your old box back. We will reuse it on the farm.

Whole Foods Pickup

You may also pick up your vegetables at Whole Foods Santa Barbara, on 3761 State Street, on Wednesdays after 2pm. Please visit the customer service register and they will bring your box out for you. There is no extra charge to pick up your share at this location. Please note that the boxes will only remain until 11am on Thursday morning, so please get your box between those times.

Delivery Instructions

If you prefer a home or business delivery, we charge a $5/box convenience fee. Delivery to home or business (in the Goleta - Santa Barbara - Montecito area) begins every Wednesday afternoon about 1pm.

Changing or Delaying Your Subscription

If you go out of town and need to defer your subscription, no problem! We can accommodate changes with 48-hour email confirmation.
