Week of April 27th

My dear Community,

Whenever I’m overwhelmed by diet culture or the latest health fads being pumped through every social or media outlet, I’m so grateful to come back to the simplicity of farming and the vegetables we grow. With my feet in the dirt I sit, connect with and appreciate the earth and all she gives. I always feel that vegetables aren’t some pushy sales team trying to tout their high fiber content or weight loss schemes. They just make you feel amazing when you choose to include them as often as possible.  Instead of limiting what we eat through diet restrictions, let’s crowd out low vibrational foods by filling our fridge with living foods. I didn’t grow up in California and only was introduced to farm fresh produce when I met my now husband, Mathew, 12 years ago. After suffering from many lifestyle related health issues including chronic migraines and constantly being sick with various ailments, I’m a testament of how connecting to your food and the earth is more powerful than any prescription. Here’s a box of FARMaceuticals  for you.

As I’ve mentioned, the price of the box will be raised next week, thanks to inflation. The Basics will raise by $1, Regular by $2 and Large by $3. I want to let you know that when we put the boxes together each week the best of what is on the farm is going into your box. We’re not just filling it up with a bunch of less expensive items to meet the requirements. We’re all about variety and giving you the most for your dollar. The cream of the crop – no exceptions. If you’d like to lock in your current rate you have until May 15th to purchase a 26 or 52 week subscription. Rates for our current 26 & 52 week subscribers will not increase until expiration. I’m here to answer any questions you may have.

Be good to each other.
