Celery Almond Paté


1 1/2 cups celery, chopped, about 3 ribs
1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced, about 1 clove
1/4 cup raisins
1 tablespoon miso, any color
1/2 cup almond meal (process dry almonds into a powder and set aside)
1 teaspoon fresh herbs (dill,tarragon, oregano)

Place celery, ginger, garlic, raisins and miso into a food processor. Process into small pieces. Be careful not to over process; you want small bits, but not a slurry. Add almond meal and pulse lightly to mix. Serve with carrot and celery sticks or rolled into a nori or lettuce wrap.
