We have a few dozen turkey eggs for sale. They are creamier than a chicken egg and at least 1 and 1/2 times the size. They are great for baking!! Don’t forget to add your fresh baked goods onto your order from Deux Bakery as well.

Roasted Green Beans and Red Bell Pepper with Garlic and Ginger

Ingredients:
4-5 large garlic cloves, finely minced
1 heaping tablespoon minced ginger root
2 T olive oil
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 lb. thin French-style green beans, ends trimmed and cut in half
salt and fresh-ground black pepper to taste

Creamy Garlic Roasted Red Pepper Pasta

Ingredients: Serves 4
Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce:
3 red bell peppers
1 cup almond milk (I prefer Almond Breeze Almondmilk Cashewmilk blend because it’s a little creamier than most)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic
ΒΌ cup tahini or almond butter for thickening
For the Zucchini Noodles:
1 tablespoon olive oil
(a few thin slices of shallot or onion, if you want)
4 zucchini, ends cut off and spiralized or cut into ‘noodles’
salt to taste

Creamy Roasted Garlic White Bean Soup

Ingredients:
1 head of garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for rubbing on the garlic
1 large leek, thinly sliced
3 carrots, sliced
4 celery stalks, sliced
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh sage leaf
1 cup dried navy beans, soaked overnight
2 1/2 cups vegetable broth (divided)
2 cups Cashew Milk
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Sea salt to taste

Blackberry Cobbler Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana, frozen
1 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup milk (I used vanilla almond milk)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
3/4 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
