2 cups cooked quinoa
3 cups swiss chard, chopped into smaller pieces*
1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup dark buckwheat flour
3 large eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
